NOT BEHIND SUNDAY RACING HOMEWOOD, 111., June 22. George H. Foster, secretary of the Illinois Racing Commission, said at Washington Park today that as far as he knew the commission had made no overtures to the state legislature urging the legalization of Sunday racing in the state.
