LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS J. Adams gained considerably in the quest for riding honors when he rode nine winners last week and finished second to B. Neal, who heads the list with 105 winners. Adams score now stands at 103, with R. L. Vedder third with 102, the latter having piloted six winners last week. C. Bierman and S. Roberts are tied for fourth place, each with 100 winners. Roberts rode seven winners last week, while Bierman had five. Basil James is leading the percentage column with .23 to i his credit.
