TO SUPERVISE REGRADING- OF DOWNS INFIELD CRETE, 111., June 28. Tom Young, track " superintendent at Lincoln Fields and at Churchill Downs, left for Louisville, -where he will supervise preliminary excavation and grading of a section of the Downs center-field, where a terraced outdoor pavilion is to be constructed. After seeing that the work is laid out and begun he will return about the middle of the week to Lincoln Fields to remain until the close of the meeting, which opens there on August 2, for thirty days. Cliff Burke, Youngs chief assistant, is remaining at Lincoln Fields to carry out the program of improvements and alterations already under way at .the local course. : s i i . I I
