OUT-OF-TOWN VISITORS AT AK-SAR-BEN FIELD OMAHA, Neb., June 28. Ak-Sar-Ben entered its last full week of racing Monday afternoon with the running of an eight-race card. A number of out-of-town visitors were among those present, and a large delegation from Clarkson, Neb., was accompanied by a band, which played between races. The track was fast but rain threatened. Favorite players got off to a good start when the home-bred Bay Haven was the winner. Bay Haven acted badly at the post and was started from outside the stalls, but i raced well and won easily. Pindars Pet, an j outsider, was second, and Lady R. finished : third. Bay Haven was ridden by F. Rife. It was announced today that -jockey A. La Turco had been granted permission to accept all mounts. For the past week his rid- I ing has been confined to the riding of horses I of his contract employer.
