BURNS HAS NOTHING TO SAY HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Dec. 14. Back home from New York, George Burns, "straight man" in the celebrated radio team of Burns and Allen, was unwilling to talk today about his surprise plea of guilty to indictments in the governments New York smuggling probe "I have nothing to say. You will have to see my lawyer," the comedian declared. His attorney, Lloyd Wright, who arrived a few hours after Burns, said only that Burns was a "victim of circumstances." Burns arrived here yesterday by airplane and appeared nervous as he dashed through a queue of newspapermen waiting to interview him;
