BURNS HAS NOTHING TO SAY HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Dec. 14. Back home from New York, George Burns, "straight man" in the celebrated radio team of Burns and Allen, was unwilling to talk today about his surprise plea of guilty to indictments in the governments New York smuggling probe "I have nothing to say.
