RABBIT FEVER CLAIMS ANOTHER Joseph Plaza, 55, of East St. Louis, 111., succumbed to tularemia or "rabbit fever" Tuesday, increasing the total fatalities in the state as a result of this disease to fourteen since November 10. Thirty cases have been reported in the East St. Louis district alone and the transportation and sale of rabbits in the district has been prohibited by the medical director, Dr. R. C. Farrier.
