RAMSEY DUE SUNDAY LOUISVLLLE, Ky., April 7. Kirby Ramsey, Louisville turfman, who has a public stable, is due here Sunday from Florida with a string of twenty horses. Included in the shipment will be Mordecai, owned by Ramsey and Smith, which is eligible for the Kentucky Derby. Also in the stable is E. A. Carneys Dolly Whisk, winner of the Debu-. tante Stakes here last year and a candidate i for this years running of the Kentucky 1 Oaks.
