COLONEL BECK RETURNS HOME LONDON, England, April 7. Col. Josef Beck, Polish foreign minister, today left London for Warsaw, after having exchanged Anglo-Polish mutual guaranty pledges of assistance in the event of aggression with Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain.
