COLONEL BECK RETURNS HOME LONDON, England, April 7. Col. Josef Beck, Polish foreign minister, today left London for Warsaw, after having exchanged Anglo-Polish mutual guaranty pledges of assistance in the event of aggression with Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain. Before leaving the British capital, Beck expressed optimism over the immediate future in Europe as a result of the Anglo-Polish agreement to transform the two pledges in the near future into a definite alliance.
