FRAKES AND LEER JUVENILES LOUISVILLE, I y April 7 R. C. Frakes, veteran Kentucky horseman, arrived here from Lexington with four two-year-olds which he owns in partnership with judge Vernon Leer. He has two colts and two fillies, all of which he hopes to introduce to racing during the Churchill Downs spring meeting. The youngsters are: Gallant Hour, dark brown colt, by Morvich Lady Gallivant; Capt. Kelly, chestnut colt, by Sweep All Kitten M.; Leica, brown filly, by Lee O. Cot-ner Mad Hand; Miss Frakes, brown filly, by Morvich Ivory.
