ISSUE EMPIRE BLANKS PAWTUCKET, R. I., April 28.— Stake blanks for the summer meeting at Empire City, operating from July 3 to. 29, were distributed among horsemen at Narragansett Park. Seven stakes are to be decided, topped by the 0,000 added Butler Handicap, for three-year-olds and upward, at one mile and three-sixteenths. The stakes close May 15.
