TRANSFER WOODVALE STABLE CRETE, 111., May 25.— As Howard Hoffman, trainer of the Woodvale Stable, remained at Louisville, where he will undergo additional X-ray examinations Saturday, Johnny Daniels supervised the transfer from Churchill Downs of fourteen horses be-| longing to this establishment. Owned by i Mrs. Royce Martin, the stable includes the three-year-olds Louise Frances, Florence M., Chick Wood and Lady Ethelyn and the following two-year-olds: Haltal, Dorimar, Chick Chick, Dodo M., Sir Gibson, Woodvale Lass, Dusty Trail, Centerville, Russell Mc-Gee and Keller. Hoffman, who was stricken several weeks ago, has been making favorable progress for several days, and barring a setback, may come from Kentucky early next week.
