BOARD APPROVES LICENSES BELMONT PARK, L. I., May 25.— At a meeting of the Hunts Committee of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association held at Belmont Park Wednesday, the following applications for amateur rider certificates were approved and referred to the board of stewards: Tom Halladay, John De Z. Hamilton, Dion K. Kerr, Jr., Stewart Ma-loney, Clyde A. Mauger, Jr., A. C. Randolph, Jr., Eric H. Renewick. Tom Halladay and John De Z. Hamilton are subject to rule 73, section 4, paragraph 2. The following applications for sanction for Hunt meetings were granted: Middleburg Hunt Race Association, Middleburg, Va., Saturday, November 11; Montpelier Hunt, Montpelier Station, Va., Saturday, November 18.
