KINGSHIGHWAY, racing in his best form and steadied for a half mile, moved into command with a rush and drew clear to win easily. INDIAN SPORT worked his way forwardly under occasional pressure, was strongly urged in the final drive and outgamed CRASHING IDEA. The latter, prominent irom the start, raced slightly wide rounding the far turn and closed gamely in the final stages. SHOT TOWER had good early speed, but faltered in the drive. NICELLA could not reach the leaders under pressure. CUTE THING had no mishaps. JEAN DALE bore out in the run down the back stretch and bolted to the outside fence rounding the far turn. ICE QUEEN responded to pressure turning into the stretch, took a short lead inside the final eighth, but was not good enough. MAD CAREER finished strongly in the final strides. VOLGADALE closed with a belated rush. HEREWARD tired in the final strides. LAKE SHORE finished gamely. BUNGLER faltered in the final sixteenth. LINNIE KATE lacked speed. TRY FAIR had nothing left. SCOTTYS PRIDE failed to respond to strong urging. BABOO faltered in the stretch run. Scratched— 74523 Blow Away. 110; 74205 Kuvcra, 110.
