J. W. ETZLER SUSPENDED COLLINSVILLE, 111., May 26.— The stewards issued the following ruling Thursday: "Trainer J. W. Etzler is suspended for conduct detrimental to the best interests of racing and his case is referred to the Illinois Racing Commission. Signed The Stewards: John T. Ireland, R. A. Leigh, C. J.
