TENNESSEE LOCAL OPTION LAW MEMPHIS, Tenn., May 26— By a vote of better than 20 to 1, residents of Shelby Memphis county today voted to legalize lifluor under Tennessees new local option law, on the basis of virtual complete but official returns.
