NEW CANADIAN RULES TORONTO, Ont., May 26— A meeting of the directors of Incorporated Canadian Racing Associations was held at the race course of the Ontario Jockey Club, Woodbine Park, on Thursday, May 25, and the following rulings passed: "That the suspension of R. H. Raines, trainer, will terminate on June 29, 1939. The purse money due the Niagara Racing Association, having been refunded the horse El Bandido is now eligible to race. An authorized agent must be in the employ of a. stable or owner."
