HOPKINS CREDIT PLAN WASHINGTON, D. C, June 22.— Secretary of Commerce Hopkins announced Wednesday that he expected to formulate a plan which would provide easier credit to small business shortly. Hopkins refused to give further details but commented that conferences were being held with other administration officials concerning the bill of Senator Mead, of New York, to insure bank loans to business and other similar suggestions.
