The Puerto Rico reserve officers association promised some time ago that this would be done if the or- ganizations national convention was held i here. Today, Gov. Blanton Winship dedi- cated a miniature tile pool, complete with B spring board and filled to the top with B potent native rum. The pool-served as a a. punch-bowl. The alcoholic natatorium is two by four feet.
