The latter, hustled into contention ion and taken in hand on the turns, responded to strong urgins in the final eighth and was racing strongly at at the end. VICTORY MARCH, on the extreme outside for the entire trip, finished gamely. MISS SONADA DA faltered in the stretch. SIR MINTON was through alter the opening quarter. The others were outrun. The latter, under restraint for a half mile, responded when called upon and. forced to race wide to secure clear racing room, made a game bid approaching the final sixteenth, but tired in the final strides. MYSTIC SIGN, under occasional pressure in setting the pace and saving ground, held on eam dv under pressure in the stretch run. CECIL B.. best of the others, could not reach the leaders. HAPPY DASH displayed good speed from the start, withstood repeated challenges from TELLWHY in the stretch and held MOISSON safe at the end. The latter, away well and lacking early speed, was steered to the inside for the final drive and continued strongly under pressure, but was unable to reach the winner. TELLWHY, hustled from the start and under increased pressure in the final drive, tired in the final strides and should improve off this effort. MYSTIC MAN, best of the others, had no mishaps. DARBY DUKE, under energetic handling and lucky to slip through on the inside rounding the far turn and drifting out slightly when taking command, was under pressure through the final eighth and had nothing left at the end. QUICK, on the outside for the first half mile, slipped through on the inside for the stretch run, continued stronaly, but could not reach the winner. MISS WISE, hustled from the start and drifting out turning into the stretch, was unable to menace the leaders when straightened out. HEARTEASE showed nothnig. JACKEMMA failed to resrond to pressure.
