Detroit Blackout Success DETROIT, Mich., May 26. Officials of the Office of Civilian Defense complimented the Detroit Fair Grounds air wardens for the cooperation given in Sunday nights blackout test. The Motor City plant was completely blacked out and was given a 100 per cent rating.
