Dwight H. Hart Dies LOS ANGELES, Calif., May 26. Dwight H. Hart, pioneer Los Angeles hotelman and owner-operator of the Rosslyn Hotel and a former state senator, died Monday at California Hospital following an illness of five months. At the time of his death, Hart was a director of the Security-First National Bank of Los Angeles and of the Los Angeles Turf Club. He was one of the founders of the Santa Anita race track. Besides his widow, Mrs. Mabel Hart, he leaves a son, Dwight H. Hart, Jr.; a daughter, Mrs. Felix McGinnis, and two grandchildren, Sharon and Michael McGinnis.
