i Louis Arcaro Reports for Work BOSTON, Mass., May 26. Lotiis Arcard reported to trainer Eddie Anspach at Suffolk Downs and the boy will accept mounts this week. Arcaro was one of the top apprentices of Chicago last year, until he became sick and was forced to temporarily hang up his tack.
