Jockey E. Steffen Set Dovn BOSTON, Mass., May 26. The stewards issued the following ruling: "Jockey E. Steffen was suspended 10 racing days. May 26-June 5, inclusive, for rough riding in the first race May 23, 1942. Signed by order of the stewards."
