Special Army-Navy -Day Belmont Invitations President Roosevelt Heads List Of Noted Guests Tendered Bids ELMONT, L. I., N. Y., May 28. President George D. Widener of Belmont Park has wired special invitations to almost a hundred leading political military and governmental figures to attend Army-Navy Day at Belmont Park on June 6, as guests of the Westchester Racing Association. The receipts that day will be turned over to Army, Navy and U. S. O. relief agencies. Heading the list of those invited is the President of the United States, the Vice-President and the Secretaries of he War and Navy Djepartmentsralso Governor and Mrs. Herbert H. Lehman; General George Marshall, chief of staff, U. S. Army; Admiral Ernest E. King, commander-in-chief of the U. S. Fleet and Lieut-General H. H. Arnold, United States Army Air Corps. Others on the impressive list of guests include Senator McNary, minority leader of the Senate; Albion Barkley, majority leader of the Senate; Samuel Rayburn, Speaker of the House; John McCormack, majority leader of the House; Joe Martin, minority leader of the House; Lieut.-Gov-ernor Charles Poletti; Joe Hanley, majority leader of the state senate; John J. Dunni-gan, minority leader of the state senate; Oswald Heck, speaker of the, assembly; Irwin Steingut, minority leader of the assembly; Irving Ives, majority-leader of the assembly; Russell Sprague, Nassau county executive; Clarence Dillon, chairman, Navy Relief Society; Lieut. General Hugh A. Drum, commanding first army in New York; Hon. Harry , Hopkins and Stephen Early; Major General Irving Phillipson, army intelligence relief, Washington; Lieut. General Brehon B.
