Moores Health Improved BOSTON, Mass., May 28. O. E. Pons, Jr., was in receipt of a letter from Charles Moore from his home in Cincinnati. Moore writes that while he is much improved in health he would pass up officiating for this year, but plans to be back at Rockingham Park next season to fill his role of placing and paddock judge.
