Delaware Park Notes DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., May 28. Another Kentucky-owned stable quartered at the Stanton course is that trained by William Weant. Headed by Flying Easy, double winner here last year, the stable also includes Double Value, Free Money, Little Kiss, Little Sarah, Wolf Creek, Be Wise, Emma Jo, Late Dawn and Flying Double. A. J. "Whitey" Abel is training Honey Cloud, a Sussex Handicap candidate, and War Shy. Dots Key, now at Havre de Grace, will rejoin the stable. later in the meeting. War .Shy is the property of Hans Castle, who motored from Aberdeen Sunday to inspect the two-year-old. Among the stables to arrive at Delaware Park over the week-end are those of Sidney Boniface, Danny Shea, C. M. Feltner, Vince Gloriso and two horses the Donny-brook Stable purchased. They acquired Saxon Lad from the Sanford Stud and Unloan from Walter Chrysler, Jr. In addition to Letter V., his hope for Dover and Christiana honors, C. Whitney Moore is training Red Native, Red Spirit, Towakee, Mataco, Kathy and Leila D. All are the progeny of Cherokee, who holds court at Moores Mere Hill Farm near Lexington, Ky. Two reinforced gates are being placed at the entrance to the quarter-mile chute at the head of the stretch. Last year two horses unseated their riders and returned to their barns before being halted. This caused a refund, and the gates are expected to prevent such a procedure. H. H. Battle checked in from Suffolk Downs with the Gustave Ring horses. Hasteville is a member of the stable, which comprises 12 horses. Arthur Hullcoat is another owner coming from the Boston track. Doc Nevens, identifier, and Dan "Scotty" Monroe arrived from Baltimore to take their place among the clocker brigade. Herman Frank, totalisator supervisor, arrived from New York and is assembling his crew. -
