Delaware Notes DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 24. Trainer Johnny Leyland has returned Mesl, Director J. E. and Goin Away from Monmouth Park. The former, a juvenile filly belonging to Jouett Shouse, was unplaced in the Colleen Stakes. Greentree Stables Quandary, a two-year-old who reached the winners circle here, was shipped to New York by John Gaver, accompanying him were Aching Back and Experiment. Speeding Home, who trained exceptionally well at Belmont Park prior to his finishing third here to Miss Lavender, has been returned to the New York plant by trainer Rigan McKinney. Starter George Palmers schooling list now contains only six horses who must be approved. They are Quiet Shot, Darling Grace, Music, Diatribe, Inducted and Alls Over. Sea Snack, Alexis and Brides Biscuit, the Christiana Stables stalwarts who were taken to Chicago, will return here Thursday morning, according to word received from tariner Jack Healey. Kenny Scawthorn, who went to Chicago and rode Sea Snack to victory in the Princess Doreen Stakes, will return the middle of next week, according to his agent, P. O. Anderson. Richard Belanger, apprentice rider under contract to the Greentree Stable has re5-ported to his employer in New York. Belanger saw very little action here but created a rather favorable impression. At the conclusion of this meeting, trainer Claude Feltner will send a small division of his stable to Monmouth Park. Apprentice Frank Lullo will accompany him o handle the saddle assignments. Paul J. Careys Layaway, a capable stakes performer several sessions back, has failed to stand training and has been transferred to the farm at Paolia, Pa. Former steeplechase rider Emmet Roberts, now a successful conditioner, brought Soldier Song and Spikery from New York and sent Tetrol to that point.
