Stewards Bar Blazing Glory JAMAICA, L. I., N. Y., June 24. The Jamaica stewards have barred E. E. Harts Blazing Glory from racing. The veteran son of Burning Blaze swerved and refused to run after leaving the gate with his field at the start of the sixth race today and has behaved badly at the gate in previous races. Immediately after the race, a delegation of noisy fans converged on the press box and congregated around a well-known turf writer for a daily newspaper, demanding that he give an opinion on a refund of wagers. After a few minutes of angry shouting which the turf writer listened to without comment, the mob was dispersed by the Pinkertons.
