The Ak-Sar-Ben stewards Saturday afternoon issued the following ruling: "Jockey William Bailey is fined fifty 0 dollars for rough riding in the sixth race." The leading rider of the meeting was astride the winner, Seventeen Guns, in the event which was the featured ,500 mile and a sixteenth handicap.
