REWARD, forwardly placed and well handled from the beginning, went to the front entering the stretch and, ridden out, increased his advantage. VERONA SANDS, on the outside to the upper turn, came willingly when set down for the drive, but was unable to reach the winner. NIGHT MISS assumed command at once, made the pace to the stretch under pressure from SWEET REWARD, then weakened during the drive. WILT THOU held on determinedly in a good effort. MARGARET, forced wide throughout, could not better her position when briskly ridden through the stretch. JAZZ was outrun. PINE TREE raced greenly. FLYING BIMY, away fast, gave way after racing prominently to the stretch. FINALITY had early speed. SUPREME WAY went to the front after the first quarter, established a commanding advantage thereafter and drew out to win with something left. LIMITATION, away fast and forwardly placed throughout, closed willingly under punishment, but was unable to menace the winner. LOOKOUT RASCAL, in close quarters to the stretch, finished strongly. COLONEL DON could not get to the leaders when hard urged in the final quarter. INVERETTE stumbled immediately after the beginning, recovered under alert handling, then failed to stay in the late stages. MY GRACE forced the pace to the stretch,- then gave way. MARIE OLYMPIA began sluggishly. FEDERAL- TAX, on the inside throughout, failed to rally when roused for the drive. MINTA H. raced wide. ALGRINS bolted before going a quarter. TRIXIE saved ground when outrun to the stretch, was taken around horses on the final turn and, responding to strong handling, disposed of the leaders to win going away. LAMME went to the front early, made the pace under pressure from BOLIDE to the final furlong and held on stubbornly, but could not withstand the winner. PRISTINE, on the outside throughout, was forced wide on the stretch turn, then closed strongly when straightened up. LAURAMAR faltered after racing prominently to the stretch. FLY OFF was outrun. MANNEQUIN, on the inside throughout, could not get to the leaders under good handling. BOLIDE held on well to the last eighth, then gave way. STE MARTHE never was dangerous. GAY GARLAND, in trouble on the upper turn, was taken to the outside thereafter and could not enter serious contention. SUBLIME, taken up sharply after the start, was far back throughout. DOCKIE, on the inside, improved his position steadily under good handling, came gamely when hard ridden through the stretch and, disposing of FRISKY SPIRIT, won going away. FRISKY SPIRIT, a sharp factor from the beginning, held a clear lead approaching the stretch and continued stubbornly, but was not good enough for the winner, although easily best of the others. LEAVENWORTH, away fast, raced well to the stretch, then weakened. HAPPY PILOT, outrun to the upper turn, moved up steadily thereafter and finished strongly under urging. GO DEVIL made the pace for three-eighths, then weakened. FIREWORKS was never dangerous. CONFERENCE was outrun. RUSH ACT had early speed, but failed to stay. MAEJAMES was done early. HAPPY, taken back slightly when caught in close quarters on the upper turn, came again when clear and, responding to brisk urging, assumed command in the stretch, then won going away. FLIGHT GAL, a keen factor from the beginning, closed determinedly when set down in the drive, but was unable to get to the winner. MIGHTY LUCKY, much used engaging CREDENTIALS to the stretch, faltered in the late stages. CHOPPY SEA came out slightly on the final turn and closed stoutly under punishment CREDENTIALS assumed command early, made the pace to the stretch under pressure from MIGHTY LUCKY, but had nothing left for the drive. DIDEROD lacked early speed. AMERICAN EAGLE was outrun. PAPALOI began fast, but failed to keep up. BODENS PAL began slowly. REX was never prominent. POWDERED MILK was done early. PEP WELL saved ground when outrun to the stretch, came between horses on the final turn and, responding readily to a good hand ride, disposed of LITTLE NIP to win going away. The latter, forwardly placed and wen ridden from the start, reached the lead when settled in the stretch, but was not good enough for the winner. RIPPEY went to the front early, made the pace to the stretch, then drifted out badly and was unable to retain his advanage. THE DUDE, on the inside from the start, could not threaten. The latter saved ground when outrun early, came to the outside for the drive and responding to punishment, was getting to the winner at the finish. WHATS YOURS raced evenly in a good effort and had no mishap. WELL PLAY could not get to the leaders when set down for the drive GOBLIN did not appear to like the turf course. WISE TIGER went very wide at the first turn, came again when straightened up to take command, then held on well to the final quarter before tiring. C0GA was far back throughout.
