Fairmount Park Ruling Suspends Four Turfmen L. Hickman, Jack and James Funderburg, S. D. Dye Set Down FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., June 24. The stewards in charge of racing at Fairmount Park have suspended trainer Le Roy Hickman indefintely for violating Rule 109-B of the Illinois Racing Board, while Jack Funderburg, James Funderburg and S. D. Dye, all of Amarillo, Texas, were suspended indefinitely for corrupt practices in violating Claiming Rule 114-B. Both cases have been referred to the Illinois Racing Board for further action. The rulings follows: "Trainer LeRoy Hickman, for violation of Rule 109-B, is hereby suspended indefinitely and his case referred to the Illinois Racing Board for any further action deemed necessary. "The purse won by the liorse, Joe S., in the second race, June 15, is hereby forfeited and the correct placing and purse distribution is as follows: "All Crystal, owned by Leola McPherson. placed first; Kapi, owned by Mrs. H. F. Fellows, placed second; Clog, owned by F. B. Lauder, placed third, and Miss Mary Kay, owned by A. P. Hensley, placed fourth. "The purse won by Joe S., Wednesday, June 19, in the fourth race, has been forfeited and the correct placing and purse distribution is as follows: "Clog, owned by T. Koonce, placed first: Ida Time, owned by Mrs. K. McCray and W. Fast, placed second; Chama Choice, owned by Mrs. Isabelle Levy, placed third, and Lotagold, owned by J. Adolph, placed fourth. "For violation of Claiming Rule 114-B, Jack Funderburg and James Funderburg, and S. D. Dye, all of Amarillo, Texas, are hereby suspended indefinitely for corrupt practices and their case referred to the Illinois Racing Board for any further action deemed necessary. "Signed "Tom J.
