Postpone HBP A Meeting SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., June 24. The annual meeting of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association, scheduled to be held in Boston, June 28, has been postponed and will be held at a later date, according to Leo ODonnell, national president. Lack of hotel accommodations was the cause for the postponement of the meeting.
