Working on Arlington Book BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 17.— Jimmie Kilroe, who will serve as racing secretary and handicapper at Arlington and Washington Parks, has about finished the first draft of his overnight condition book. It will be released to horsemen some time next week.
