Y., May 17.— The fifteenth annual convention of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners, now being held at the Hotel Commodore, New York City, will go into its third day tomorrow with the following program: 9:30 A. M. Meeting called to order by president. Appointment of standing committees. Meeting with Association of Official Racing Chemists. Discussion of: Pre-race tests. Split samples: Optional matters. Adjourn session at 12:15 P. M. .12:15 P. M. To Belmont Park by private buses from Hotel Commodore. - Luncheon with fashion show, Turf and Field clubhouse. Return to Hotel Commodore by private buses. 8:00 P. M. Dinner dance and floor show in the Wedgewood Room, Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, as guests of Daily Racing Form. The Association of Official Racing Chemists, which is holding its third annual meeting at the same hotel, will be occupied as follows: 9:00 A. M.
