Chemists to Meet in Joint Session With NARC Today NEW YORK, N. Y., May 17.— The deliberations of the Association of Official Racing Chemists, which is holding its third annual meeting at the Hotel Commodore, will crystalize tomorrow when the delegates go into joint session with the National Association of State Racing Commissioners. For the past two days the chemists devoted much time to the discussion of technical subjects connected with their professional practice on the turf. They will present their findings and recommendations to the state commissioners. Several interesting papers have been prepared, and will be submitted with the approval of the entire membership. Scheduled for joint discussion are pre-race tests, split samples and optional matters. Before meeting with the state com-•missioners, the chemists will be addressed by Dr. Bernard G. Brodie on "Excretion and Identification of Procaine in the Horse." The chemists, by unanimous agreement, adopted an amendment to their by-laws providing that when a member ceases to be an official racing chemist his membership in the association shall be terminated.
