Dr. Todd Going to Wisconsin LEXINGTON, Ky., May 18.— Dr. Arlie C. Todd, who has performed many services to breeders in liis position with the University of Kentuckys Department of Animal Pathology, has resigned that post to join the staff of the University of Wisconsin as professor of animal parasitology.
