Ground Two Downs Riders CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 18. — The stewards issued the following rulings here yesterday: "Jockey O. Prasaguet is suspended 10 days for rough riding in the seventh race, May 16, causing his mount to be disqualified. "Jockey E. J. Knapp is suspended 10 days for rough riding in the eight race, May 16, causing his mount to be disqualified."
