Belmont Aids Community BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 18.— The Westchester Racing Association, through president George T$. Widener, sold seven acres of this mammoth racing plant to the nearby community of Floral Park to be turned into a playground for the youngsters. The, ground is located on the northwestern edge of the track well beyond the Widener course, and was. a part of the old steeplechase schooling course. Several years ago the late J. E. Widener donated a school site to the Floral Park-Belrose Community and the present acquisition will round out the planned development of »the community playground.
