Root Leaves for Waterford GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 18. — Jockey Ralph Root, a capable veteran -of many years, who won the first -race here today astride D. Ginsburgs White Hawk, left for Waterford Downs after fulfilling his commitments here today. Agent Glen Walker has been at the new course for a couple of days, and will endeavor to obtain mounts for Root "on Saturdays inaugural program.
