Jersey HBPA Election Result GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 18. — The following is the result of the HBPA election held at Garden State Park race track Thursday with a very close result. Only 50 votes separated the first and fifteenth contestant. Vice-president, unopposed, was John Machise. The 10 directors for the New Jersey division of the HBPA were: E. B. Stewart, A. F. East, George S. Howell, Joseph W. Camac, A. J. Cochran, E. W. King, Joseph Holsey, John M. Lee, , William S. Cotton and Dave Emery. The : new vice-president, John Machise, has [ called a meeting for the new committee s , : [ s to be held at Garden State Park on Tues- day, May 22, at 1:00 p. m., to take up all new business and appoint the different committees to act for the coming year.
