TEACH, away slowly and far back for a half mile, wended way forwardly between horses, then closed stoutly in the final run and was going away at the end. HOT FOOTED was well placed behind the leaders, appeared ready to take command starting his rally in the early stretch, but lugged in behind ATOMIC MAID, had to be, taken up and to the outside, and then could not get up. ATOMIC MAID, racing with head down and under a free rein, forced thepace from the start and disposed of ARAS BOY to take a clear lead after five furlongs, then drifted wide when punished and faltered. PERCHAN raced forwardly placed, but lacked a closing rally. SIR TAI saved ground. BUDDIE SWEEP showed nothing. LIBERTY ROMP was outrun. OFF AT 2:38J EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME. Start good from stall gate. Won driving; second and third the same. PO GAL, well ridden and unhurried while steadily dropping back -after breaking in front, responded when shaken up midway on the turns and swiftly wore down the leaders from the outside, then drifted to the inside while drawing clear ALWAYS HOME was under intermittent urging while a sharp factor, came to the inside for the drive and finished well. CORINTH raced GAY TEN into defeat early, opened a clear lead, but then drifted out and was tiring when he brushed lightly with the winner. ELMOS CHOICE loomed boldly on the outside when urged in the early stretch, then hung. JAY TEE made up some distance late. LADY PAM was outrun. GAY TEN lacked her usual speed away from the gate, could not outsprint CORINTH and quit badly. PAS DE CALAIS showed nothing. H. Pierce; bred by C. E. Buckley. WENT TO POST— 3:07. OFF AT 3:07£ EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME. Start good from stall gate for air but FAMERA. Won easily; second and third driving. TOC began alertly from the outside and quickly disposed of ROZS STAR to open a clear lead rounding the far turn, then easily retained a long advantage and won with something left. ROZS STAR dashed into command at the start, could not stay with the winner, but remained in closest attendance and held on well at the end to best BUNNY HUG. The latter gradually worked into closer contention while between horses and finished gamely. JAMPOL lost distance racing outside horses and then closed fast at the end. BRIDAL TOAST could not reach the leaders early while on the inside and finished evenly. SEA BED could not keep up while on the outside. NATE HERZFELD drifted wide into the stretch and tired. Won drWins; secant and third- *i Same. - LITTLE COLLEEN, hard ridden from the start, never was,. far back and steadily wore down the top ones, then finished resolutely and bested BUSY FLOW. The latter also was energetically ridden throughout, raced outside horses and, closing determinedly, was gradually getting to the winner. TRICIA FISKE was unable to shake free of early contention, then drifted out coming into the stretch and faltered in the final furlong., TREAT began fast on the inside, vied for the pace until inside the stretch and faltered. NO PROFIT circled outside horses and could not threaten. MOOREA bore out badly on the turns and was nor a factor. Scratched— Dons Gold, 112. FRENCHTOWN was lightly steadied while within easy striking distance on the outside, readily responded when shaken up for the stretch run and assumed command with authority. WINGY was hustled along with the first flight, came between horses in the drive and finished determinedly. JOY C, unable to keep, up after an alert start, swung wide in the stretch and moved up fast, but then hung. TITANS MATCH soon opened a long lead, held sway under pressure into the final furlong and then flattened out suddenly. ROCKLYE was guided wide for the stretch run and finished strongly. TAMPERO, caught In close quarters on the far turn, saved ground thereafter and finished evenly. TERRYS CANE was outrun. BLUE BAR quit. SIR RUSTY was outrun. Scratched— 28112 Flood Town, 111. OVEREXPOSED was alertly handled to be with the first flight from the start, moved with BOLD JO after the leader on the final turn, but lost distance on the outside, then closed steadily in the stretch run and was up in the last strides. BOLD JO was briskly roused to come between horses and reach the front on the stretch turn, opened a clear lead and then just failed to last. CHLOE, slow to reach her best stride and going in choppy fashion, settled out smoothly for the stretch run and closed fast. UPTOWN was outrun. WESTHAMPTON was alertly hustled into the early lead, but quit badly in the drive. TEA DEB was through early. ALFADUR tried to bolt shortly after the start and trailed throughout. BLUE LANTERN was sent to the front at once, set an even pace under intermittent pressure and held on under a prolonged stretch drive to best APACHICO. The latter, away slowly and trailing far behind while unable to reach an even stride, saved ltremendous distance on the inside on the final turns, closed fast and appeared ready to challenge, but hung. KENSINGTON LAD was a keen contender throughout, but lacked a closing rally. MARSE GEORGE saved ground and made a bold bid on the stretch turn, then drifted out and tired. THIRTY LOVE lost distance while outside horses throughout and, tired. LIKE HOVER was a sharp factor for six furlongs and faltered. Scratched— 27503 Great Fun, 109. .
