Knight Cash Heads Field In Classified Pace Event Landers Gelding Has Won Twice At Current Aurora Downs Meet AURORA DOWNS, Aurora, HI., May 25. — Knight Cash, J. R. Landers surprising j nine-year-old Cold Cash bay gelding, will go after his third and possibly fourth straight win of the meeting in a-,,500 divided pace at Aurora Downs Saturday night. Given up as a bad risk in winter training quarters after a serious illness, Knight I Cash came to life early this spring and came up with two sharp performances to date. | In his first outing, he needed but 2:10% I to triumph. Marks, Supremus, Rex C. J Brooke and Duskydale. Chief Taylor, victor in his last two outings, may find matters to his liking in the | fourth race, a Class 16 conditioned pace • over the mile route. Owned and driven by ! Olen Humphres, Chief Taylor scored in 2:11 on May 19 and toured the half-mile oval in 2:10% in his previous start. Chief Taylor will start from the pole position, in his race against the field of Lottie Pointer, Dalemont, Harvest Pilot, Dandy Handy, Barber B., Mr. D. Grattan and Dan Cupid.
