HBPA Meeting at Fairmount FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., May 25. — Harold C. Hoffman, secretary and .treasurer of the central division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association, conducted a-meeting in the clubhouse of Fairmount Park, on Tuesday af ter-, noon. A goodly number of horsemen racing here were iin attendance and matters of importance wefe discussed. James Cheshey" was selected as chairman of a committee id. repreandfrtthe horsemen with D. Bpyci being named, as assistant secretary. Other members of the committee arePaul Larvis, R. S. Byrum and J. H. Meyers.
