Cut Length of Juvenile Races BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 25. — Due to the widespread coughing among the juveniles at the New York tracks, racing secretary John B. Campbell announced today that all five-furlong two-year-old maiden races in the second Belmont Park condition book had been reduced to four and a half furlongs.
