Outlines Plans for Course LEXINGTON, Ky., June 5.— Dr. W. P. Garrigus, chairman of the Animal Industry Group at the University of Kentucky, outlined tentative plans to expand a course in light horse husbandry at the university to members of the Thoroughbred Club at a luncheon. Grant Dorland, vice-president and treasurer of the National Association of Thoroughbred Breeders, introduced at the meeting, John Rogers Helm of Perry-ville, Ky., winner of an NATB scholarship at the universitys college of agriculture. Members of the TJ. K. staff present included Professor L. J. Horlacher and Dr. Dewey G. Steele. South American guests included Pierson Oliver of Columbia and Bernanro J. Blanco of Venezuela.
