Preakness Day Scratch Time PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 14.— Scratch time for Saturdays Preakness Day program will be 5 oclock Friday afternoon in order to facilitate printing of programs for the final day of the meeting. All indications point to a near-record gathering for the 76th Preakness and everything possible is being done to facilitate handling all of the details in connection with the presentation of the races.
