Fifteen Likely Starters Seen For Thomas J. Healey Handicap GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 21. — Surveying the prospects for the week-end running of the 0,000 added Thomas J. Healey Handicap at Garden State Park, racing secretary M. C. "Ty" Shea this morning listed 15 likely starters. Shea said there was some reason to believe that at least four handicap stars might be shipped in -from the New Yoyk sector for the feature, namely: Mrs. E. L. Hopkins Three Rings, Hampton Stables Alerted, William Ewings Auditing, and Brookmeade Stables Greek Ship. Others regarded as likely starters include Bedford Stables Call Over,»C. B. Bohns Why Not Now, James Carsons Kinsman, Craigwood Stables Palatial Appetite, A. J. Crevolins Be Fleet, Mrs. Eben H. Ellison, Jr.s Sun Bahram, Joseph Gavegnanos Joey Boy, King Ranchs Sonic and Long Bow and Kenilworth Farms Thee and Me. Two of the sharpest private trials of the morning were turned in by King Ranchs * Sonic and Joseph Gavegnanos Joey Boy, both prepping for the Thomas J. Healey. Sonic was taken for a four-furlong spin, which he clicked in :48 over the muddy strip, while Joey Boy worked five furlongs, and showed plenty of speed going the distance in 1:02.
