First 2:00 Mile of Season First two-minute, mile of the 1952 harness racing season was registered by Direct Rhythm, four-year-old pacer owned by W/G. Reynolds, Louisville, Ky. The son of the world champion Billy Direct posted a 1 :59% effort in California with Ralph Baldwin at the reins.
