Dan Van Clief New President Of Virginia Horsemens Assn. WARRENTON, Va., May 21.— Daniel G. Van Clief, owner of Nydi-ie Stud, Esmont, Va., was elected to the presidency of the Virginia Horsemens Association, succeeding C. T. Chenery. Other officers elected at yesterdays meeting of the new board of directors include Melville Church TX, owner of North Cliff Farm, Rixeyville, vice-president; Tyson Gilpin, president of Fasig Tipton Co., and co-owner of Kentmere Farm at Boyce, secretary; and Colin MacLeod, Jr., owner of Dunvegan Farm at Upperville, treasurer. Directors of the association for the coming year are in addition to the above officers: A. A. Baldwin, White Post; Dr. Henry Boynge, Gordonsville; Stephen C. Clark, Middleburg; C. T.
