Torrance Melrose, Cleveland, Ohio hotel operator and owner of Melrose Farm, Union, Ky arrived here Monday from his thoroughbred nursery; His son, Harry, accompanied the Ohio patron to the Motor City and they plan to stay for several days racing. Melrose has a division of his stable quartered here in charge of trainer P. E. Simmons
